Transactional Analysis

Transactional Analysis is one of the most accessible theories of modern psychology. Transactional Analysis was founded by Eric Berne, and the famous 'Parent Adult Child' ego-state theory is still being developed today. Transactional Analysis has wide applications in clinical, therapeutic, organisational, educational, and personal development and encompasses communications, management, personality, relationships and behaviour. Eric Berne's theory of Transactional Analysis and the development of those theories by other Transactional Analysts, can potentially enrich your dealings with other people and your understanding of yourself, Whether you're in business, a parent, a social worker, teacher, or are interested in personal development.

Understanding oursleves through Transactional Analysis models

Learning the fundamental concepts and theories of Transactional Analysis begins with an internationally recognised training known as T.A.101.
This programme covers the main theories of Transactional Analysis - including the 'Parent Adult Child' ego-state model, uncovers decisions we have made in life and helps us to understand how we communicate in our personal, professional and social relationships.
The theories of Transactional Analysis can help us understand how organisational, personal, educational and social systems function, giving us insight into how we may enhance our own skills in order to function more positively within these systems.

Small groups of 6-8 people are taken through the theory of TA following the TA 101 sylabus with time to explore their own learning regarding themselves. please email us via the link below if you are interested in the next TA101 group process.
